Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Unprofitable Traders Club. This policy explains our refund window and how cancellation works for paid subscriptions. Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), on our behalf.

Full refund if you request it within 30 days of your subscription purchase.

Cancel whenever you like — your plan stays active until the period ends and won't renew.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 30 days of the date that payment was made. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval. After the 30-day window has passed, that billing period is non-refundable.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep access until then.
It will not renew — you won't be charged again for the following month/period.
Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund; if you also want a refund, it must fall within the 30-day window above.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@unprofitabletradersclub.com from the address on your account, within 30 days of the charge, and we'll arrange your refund. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, the refund is processed through Paddle to your original payment method; you may also request a refund directly via the Paddle receipt emailed to you. Refunds normally appear within 14 days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Exceptions

Renewal payments after your first period are subject to the same 30-day window measured from each renewal date.
We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of this policy or violation of our Terms of Use.

5. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to, and is more generous than, that statutory right, and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
