Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with Unprofitable Traders Club. This policy explains our refund window and how cancellation works for paid subscriptions.
Full refund if you request it within 7 days of your subscription purchase.
Cancel whenever you like — your plan stays active until the period ends and won't renew.
1. 7-day refund window
If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 7 days of the date that payment was made. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. After the 7-day window has passed, that billing period is non-refundable.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep access until then.
- It will not renew — you won't be charged again for the following month/period.
- Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund; if you also want a refund, it must fall within the 7-day window above.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@unprofitabletradersclub.com from the address on your account, within 7 days of the charge, and we'll process eligible refunds promptly. Refunds may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Exceptions
- Renewal payments after your first period are subject to the same 7-day window measured from each renewal date.
- We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of this policy or violation of our Terms of Use.
5. Changes
We may update this policy; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
